RIYADH, Oct 24 (PRIME) -- The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and its co-investors from the Middle East and Asia will participate in En+’s initial public offering (IPO), the company is to raise around U.S. $1 billion in the offering, RDIF CEO Kirill Dmitriev told reporters on Tuesday.

“Yes, literally half an hour ago we confirmed that we will participate in En+’s IPO and will bring our Middle Eastern partners and our Asian partners there, too… The IPO will be large enough, worth around $1 billion. We can see a significant interest,” he said.

En+ Group, owned by businessman Oleg Deripaska, is to offer 15.8% to 18.8% of its capital to raise around $1.5 billion at $14-17 per a global depositary receipt (GDR).
